BULLOCK'S FURNITURE RSTRTN

It looks beautiful. They told me that hey were backlogged several months. They were able to get me in sooner. I had them change the color, and the furniture looks like it has always been that color. I was very pleased with them.

I have used their services three times. I initially located them on an internet search. A nice, young man owns the company. Their costs are pretty reasonable for the work that they do. They did put some upholstery on the dining room chairs, but they primary work on furniture refinishing. They seem very knowledgeable. He was helpful and even assisted me with choosing a drawer knob for the nightstand out of a catalog. I very pleased with the work they have done.

My primary concers are with the length of time it took to complete the refinish - nearly double the time promised (close to 6 months); and the quality of the workmanship. I paid an extra 75.00 to have all the loose joints reglued - one of the drawer fronts pulled off the first day; and the left side of the desk looks like someone splashed stain on it. Now, don't get me wrong, even with that it looks a heck of a lot better than it did, but nevertheless, I was still disappointed - given the amount of money it cost and the time it took to get it back. Unfortunately I didn't consult Angie's list first, I wasn't a member then. LESSON LEARNED... I'd go elsewhere next time...
