All I can say is WOW! I called last week to have my boat lift repaired expecting at least 2 or 3 weeks wait. Happily, they were able to have a technician stop by that very afternoon to look over the job and quote a price. I found the price (about $2700) reasonable since they would be rebuilding 2/3s of the cradle assembly. They were able to schedule me for Monday, 7/22. Additionally, while they were there they took the time to free up a stuck sheave that was preventing me from raising the boat to the proper height.
The repair crew arrived on time Monday morning and were polite, friendly, professional, and competent. It took most of the day to do the job and by the time they finished the tide had gone out and we were not able to put the boat back on the lift. Later that evening I was able to get the boat on the lift and noticed a slight maladjustment of the support cradle. This was in no way the fault of the crew since they were unable to test the setup without the boat being in place.
I sent an email to Boat Lifts Unlimited that evening explaining the situation and said I would contact them in the morning to make arrangements to have the adjustment done. First thing Tuesday morning, during high tide the crew arrived with no further communication from me to make the adjustment. They worked diligently to insure that the boat was properly supported and that I would have the maximum clearance possible to launch and retrieve the boat.
I hardly ever write reviews, but this service was so remarkable that I wanted to praise their excellence. I can enthusiastically recommend. Boat Lifts Unlimited if you are in need of repair or a new boat lift.
Note: My lift is in a very shallow location, and to make matters worse my boat is an inboard with a skeg keel that requires a support cradle on the rear beam and not just the usual bunker boards. I am only able to get the boat on or off the lift during high tide.

Referred by a friend, but still called another company to get a second quote for comparison, but still went with Boat Lifts Unlimited and were competitively priced. Showed up on time and completed job very quickly and explained everything in detail. Would work with again if needed. Highly recommend.
