They missed their appointment three times with no call and no show. Not even a warning so I was waiting for them all day on three separate occasions. Eventually I asked for my money back to which he agreed and then constantly for months keeps saying, "I'll your money back next week" He has now ghosted me and I can't reach him anymore.

STAY AWAY! SHODDY WORK AND DISHONNEST Aureon was hired to do a full install of all new equipment and rough in. There were several issues caused by the initial GC and his subs, so we had to open up some drywall for repairs. In doing so, we discovered the duct work was barely secured with tape only and was disconnected at several points. We found 4" openings in the bulkhead that were just wide open in the ceiling. The AC and furnace will not turn on either. After getting in contact with Aureon himself, he seemed like an awesome guy and he offered to come fix the work, saying it was under warranty. He said he would be there on 12/12 between 11am-1pm, no show. Called him and he said he can be there by 4pm. 4pm came and went and still not there. By then, my new GC could not wait any longer so Aureon agreed to come the following morning at 9 am. I get a text saying he will be there at 10-10:30, still no show. When I ask for a better ETA he gets defensive and says hire someone else. To be clear, I was being very nice and not nagging the guy. Because I was asking him for an updated appointment time he said I was "threatening him", which I was not. When people are waiting and the guy doesn't show, I'm sure everyone can agree some follow up texts are perfectly appropriate. He then tried to blame the issues on electrical. The units have electricity just fine and duct work has nothing to do with electrical. I unrestrained things happen in construction, but it's up to the company to make sure it's made right. Aureon will not do that. Save your money and go else where!

Aureon was very professional and great to work with. He was unable to arrive during the scheduled time frame, but contacted us to let us know he was running late and when he would arrive. When he arrived, he was very considerate by wearing shoe covers in our house. He was quick to diagnose the issue with the condenser pump of our HVAC and even inspected our unit outside of our house. He also answered all our questions and gave us a few tips to help maintain our HVAC system. We will definitely contact him again for future HVAC work.

All went well. From the time Aureon came to do the estimate, the process was easy. In terms we could understand, he explained the problem with our old unit, what was needed for the new one and what he would be doing. I was having problems with my AC during some of the hottest days. They were very promt in scheduling a day to come out ASAP. They were very professional. They explained exactly what was causing my AC not to work and how they resolved the issue. I also received a follow up call to ensure I had no other isssues with my AC. I highly recommend Aureon HVAC services.

AUREON AHAV services came out within 24 hours when we had 90 degree weather. He gave us the best advice about the AC and heating unit. The price and service was excellent. We had checked with 3 other companies in the DMV.

I called Aureon because my AC was not cooling my home as much as it should. Given that my system is 25 years old, I was braced for the worst, but Aureon correctly identified that I simply needed a new filter. He was prompt and professional, and I appreciated the honest assessment. I will contact him for future needs.

He was able to find the problem quickly and replace with a great WiFi connected thermostat and also replace the fuses that blew too. Only issue was time frame given was 1-5 and he wasn’t able to get to the house til almost 6 or 630. But he kept us informed the whole time of him running late.

Aureon HVAC Services was a Blessings! I had an appointment immediately, I was unable to move storage by the unit and the technician did so with no complaints! I was given options, buy a new unit or repair. My air was back on quickly! The prices are extremely reasonable! I will be calling Aureon HVAC to check my heating system!

We’ve used Aureon HVAC Services on several occasions over the last year and a half and currently have a service plan with them for our HVAC systems. The company was initially recommended to us after our hot water heater stopped working. At the time we had a 12-month old and the thought of going without hot water for any duration of time was unthinkable. We contacted the company that night and despite it being an unreasonable time of night, the owner was very reassuring and by the next morning he was at our house performing a diagnostic test. We were prepared to replace the heater but he said that was unwarranted and was able to perform a quick fix. We have dealt exclusively with the owner, Aureon, for regular inspections and service calls and he’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, and arrives on time (which is rare). Highly recommend this company!

It went fine until they found out that there was a cut in the wire from the thermostat to the unit. They had an electrician there the next day who fixed the problem and the system works fine. In spite of the problem and having to have an electrician come in, the original estimate was honored.

His crew arrived early and immediately began working. They were professional, courteous, friendly and answered all of the questions we had. Aureon’s team arrived on time worked really hard and finished early. They were professional and very courteous. They were also very neat and out a drop cloth down so my floors wouldn’t be damaged. The outdoor unit wouldn’t fit through my door so they actually hoisted it over a tall fence to get the unit into my backyard. I have already referred him to several people.
