A little over a year later there are multiple cracks in the concrete. Initially they were responsive, however they stopped all communication. They would rather hide behind their one year warrenty than support their product. Its clear the cracks have been there awhile and started before the warrenty was up.

The process went smoothly. Communication was good from the estimate through to the final invoice. The work crew arrived as scheduled. The began work promptly, was completed, and the site was cleaned up nicely the same day. The finished product is beautiful.

The crew arrived on time and they did a good job with everything. The staff was nice and friendly except they didn't speak English which was a slight problem. I am however overall satisfied with them, as their work was good.
