In process of contacting BBB and State Attorney Generals Office to start legal action as Bob is not returning any phone calls. Have signed deposit and printed texts of his excuses as to why he did not start, have asked for refund and now he does not respond !!!!

He came to my house to fix the toilet and after he left the toilet started leaking again. We immediately notified him and he said he would come back some other day. He never came back to fix it and dodged my phone calls. Eventually, he started dodging my texts as well. I finally had a neighbor come fix it because I was out of town. My neighbor said he didn't even use new parts to fix it. I asked for half of my money back and he never responded. He cashed my check almost immediately. Out of the 3 hours I was charged for he only spent one hour in my house. He spent two hours allegedly shopping at Home Depot for parts. I have a text chain to prove everything that I've said. He does shoddy work and is not honest.

See above . I will show his receipts and T&Ds reiept showing all they took out of the duct after bob was there two times !!!

He has been cutting our grass for three years, I will continue to have him do so.  He does what he says, does a decent job and does this for a fair price.

I would definitely recommend him for any similar services.
