Affordable Hauling and Junk Removal

It went great, I was really happy.

Mark Taylor arrived with two other workers and a "U-haul" type truck.  He looked at all the items I needed removed and determined which items needed to be placed in the truck first. He had the two workers remove the hot water heater first as it was in the way and would prevent other items being removed. This was not an easy task. There are 6 steps up from the basement, a small landing and 6 more steps at a 90 degree turn.  The head space was only about 6 1/2 feet.  They maneuvered this item without damaging any of the sheet rock walls.  They used straps to remove the washing machine and the freezer. They then removed the two piece 55 gallon wood stove.  There was wood and stuff left over from a previous project that they removed.  Outside they removed more items from left over projects, a wooden trunk and metal chairs.  I was very pleased with the work performed. Mark was on time and only took 30 minutes to remove all my junk.

We called on a Sunday morning and Glen was here within a few hours as promised. He and his worker showed up on time and got the job done quickly. I will hire him again and recommend him to others.

Got a same day appointment.  They showed up and hauled away a garage-full of junk in about 15 minutes.  Very professional.  Highly recommend!

Very responsive and absolutely affordable!  We had to move our scheduled pick up to a day earlier for the next day so I emailed Glen the night before and he called me early in the morning to confirm and was at the house with in an hour or so.  They even took some big tree  branches my husband cut as they were loading. His assistant is a very hard worker and both of them quickly loaded the truck.  Great service and well worth the money-- especially when you consider that he has to pay landfill fees, high gas prices and his assistant. I highly recommend this company.

I called Affordable Hauling and three or four other vendors to haul misc junk (old TV and stand, packing boxes, junk, old garbage cans) from our home.  Glen was the first to call me back and promised to be out that afternoon.  He and Jay arrived on time and had everything out in about 30 minutes.  They were both great with my two (large) dogs too!
