Audra was great. She listened to me babble without complaint while she worked her magic repairing my sofa, which had lost its structural integrity. The only disagreement we had was over how much the job should cost. She wanted less than I thought she deserved. A rare occurrence.

"This customer insisted I work in her house though I could have easily taken her chairs. She cleared off her kitchen table for me to work upon, then left. I actually finished the project before she returned. That day she paid over Venmo. The next day she sent me a pic of her kitchen table which I worked upon, and it appeared to have many many pock marks on it as if someone had taken an awl and jabbed her table at least a hundred times. All I did was turn her dining room seats upside-down on the table with the padding on facing the table to take the staples out and then again to staple the new fabric on. Not only was there no occasion to make those makes, my tools don't even make the marks the said I made. I had a workworker look at the table also, and he agreed. I don't charge enough to repair something I didn't damage."

Audra is very knowledgeable about fabrics and the whole process. She is very personable and efficient in her work. She went through different materials with us and even suggested a couple of fabric retailers online we could check out. She did a great job on an older rocker/swivel chair and we are also now having her reupholster a love seat for us.
