The condo was painted around the spring 2015 time frame.
Prior to painting, this company was unfortunately given permission to remove expensive fiberglass air conditioner covers on units whose owners were unable to come into town to remove them.
I started out with 2 (two) covers and now I only have 1 (one)!!  The screws to the covers are missing as well!
Moreover this company was also given permission to paint the covers which happened to be the personal property of the owners.   The paint job on the 1 (one) cover that I have left is full of streaks and looks hideous.  WHO ON EARTH PAINTS  FIBERGLASS???????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This company provided a substandard job which I find is typical for the businesses in this area.   I would never hire this company to do any work at my personal residence!!

When they were here, they were great! And the price was good. I offered to "wait" for a rainy day since they were working mostly outside but it took 2 months to finish.

Service was rendered above and beyond my level of satisfaction.  I know I can call and expect that the job will be painstakingly done without my oversight.  I will use them again with pleasure.

Drywall subcontractor was Blue Dolphin.  He was excellent and prepared everything for painting.
Problem arose when repair of the drywall seams extended into the surrounding walls and called for extra painting to be done.   I would have paid extra for the additional work but was told I wouldn't be charged for it.
Real problem was bid included painting a small ceiling downstairs.  It was included in the contract.  There were 2 small stains on the ceiling.  I asked if those could be primed and matched, but contractor said better to paint the whole ceiling which I agreed to and again which was included in contract.    They double primed the stains downstairs and started work upstairs.
When the painters finished upstairs I asked about downstairs ceiling and they called contractor who said that wasn't part of the deal which was simply not true.  He may have forgotten about it,  but it was in the contract.  Plus they had started the job by priming the stains.  Then Contractor got a little huffy on the phone  saying "this is how its going to be, if you want the downstairs ceiling done it will be another $300.00."  His attitude was very disappointing.  So I ended up paying another 300.00, but I didn't pay extra for the additional upstairs painting so it wasn't something I was going to make an issue about.  However, when General Contractor didn't live up to his written contract, then that's a problem people should know about.    Blue Dolphin drywall (his subcontractor) was great though and I would recommend him for drywall repair.  The painting crew was average and missed a few areas that had to be redone.

I had marked each wall with a "g" for green for the kitchen and a "y" for yellow for the living area.  The ceiling was going to be painted for both rooms as well as the powder room because of the ceiling repair.  The bathroom ceiling was also painted.  I was not there when the painting was done since I live 3 hours away, but did stop by for a few hours one day.  When I arrived I immediately noticed that the entry way had been painted green like the kitchen, I guess since the floor is the same as the kitchen.  Even though I will be repainting that a blue later, I didn't say anything since I hadn't been there.  There were some walls that were supposed to be yellow, but had been painted green which I did mention.  I think the "g" may have been interpreted as "gold" so I can see why there was a problem.  The correction was made without problems.  Work was going to continue so I never saw the end result until I returned several weeks later and had already paid in full.
When I returned, I noticed that the baseboard was painted right up to the doors and then stopped and continued on the other side.  None of the window trim had been done either.  When we were talking about what needed to be done I thought we were talking about all of the woodwork.  It is my fault that I had not shown my contract to my husband to see if what it said was what I had thought we had talked and agreed about.  My lack of knowledge on the terminology became a problem.
I contacted the owner and he was clear that if I wanted the rest of the trim done I would have to pay more money.  Since I had already paid $3500 for 2 small rooms and two ceiling repairs I felt that it was way too much money.  I will paint the rest of the trim myself.
The quality of the work was excellent, just VERY EXPENSIVE.  I paid only $3000 for work at home that included over 700 sq ft of two 2 story rooms with 8 windows and doors, all the crown molding, baseboards and woodwork including the 2 story ceilings.  A crew of 3 worked 2 days for that job.

Excellent ! They came out when they said they would, gave us an estimate, performed the work as promised and the actual price came in less than the estimate.

Work was wonderful.  Employees are friendly, knowledgable, efficient and considerate to areas of my home and property where they are not working.  Outside bushes and plants were covered or blocked with plastic and my interior walls were draped in plastic to cover even the floor and furniture when they painted my ceiling.
