The project took months more than anticipated. Not sure why. Contractor rarely responded to e-mail inquiries. At one point the cabinet over the refrigerator was re-hung so low we couldn't put the fridge back in its original location. Near the end of the project the contractor put unbagged debris into our trash cans and curbside trash receptacle leaving the final stage of clean up work to us. Some debris was just left on the garage floor. When the debris was cleared we saw that we had unopened boxes of tiles that the vendor refused to take back. For the most part the quality of the finished work was good.
