It always goes perfect with Chuck! He is extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs. He also gives us great advice on how to up keep the newly cleaned carpets. We will not use anyone else!

the technicion arrived on time and did a thorough job cleaning our carpets. he even gave us lots of advice on spot cleaning ,especially for animal accidents since we have a small dog. also recommended some cleaning products that were more effective than the ones we were using. i would use him again and recommend him to others.

Chuck, who owns Mr. Steam Clean, responded rapidly to an emergency call to and quot;extractand quot; water from areas of my house that had been flooded by an open spigot. He also provided and strategically placed fans in two areas to and quot;floatand quot; (and thus dry) the carpets. For two consecutive days, he returned to evaluate whether the areas were indeed dry. When they were, he spent about an hour readjusting the padding and carpet. He was punctual, reliable, knowledgable about how to address the problem, efficient and polite. His charge was a reasonable $210 ($100 of which was for rental of the fans for more than two days).

About a week later, I asked him to steam clean the carpet throughout the house (a living room, dining room, den, hallway and four bedrooms). As the house had been occupied by various tenants and was quite dirty, Chuck disinfected it as part of the process. He completed the work in about an hour and charged $255.

Chuck (and his wife, who helps run the business) are conscientious and personable. I would not hesitate to use this service again.

I have used him twice, and am very happy with his services. He is sincere, professional, and does an excellent job. He cleans our furniture for us, but also does carpets as well. I noticed after his last job to clean the couch that he had cleaned a spot on the carpet next to the couch, without telling me or charging me extra for it. You can't beat that!
