Montgomery County Contractors

.Please tell your readers that companies like  Service Magic, now called Home Advisor, charge companies to give them the names of interested clients. One contractor told me that he had paid $60.00 to get my telephone number. He was displeased because I would not let him come out to look at my basement.

Contractor did not install new flashing per the contract.  Tried to call this contractor but owner refused to respond.  In addition, the owner tried to blame the continuous leaks on something else.  they had no intention of coming back and fixing the problem with the roof.  These were senior homeowners who kept trying to call with never a response.Finally several years later, the seniors' children got involved and started calling other roofers to correct a problem with a roof leaking.  A new roofer came and fixed the problem citing that the flashing was very old and was NOT new as claimed by original roofer.  They replaced the flashing with new flashing and the problem was solved !
