Island Floor Coverings

They did a very poor job. There are very large gaps in the flooring. There is a great big gap right in front of the sliding glass door. We also asked them to do some wooden steps. There were large knots in the wood and they were all uneven. We told him to change it and when we returned he had pulled up all of the steps and left them in a pile. We had to call another contractor to come out and finish the job. When we tried to call and get a hold of them they would not return our phone calls. The secretary that we worked with left the office and the new secretary did not know what we were talking about. The owner was never in to talk with us or return our phones calls. The price for all of the work was reasonable, however the quality of the work was terrible and we received no customer service from them.
