I like their responsiveness. I like the fact that they will come any time, day or night, for a few dollars extra. I like the knowledge ability of their service technicians. I like the courtesy of their service technicians. In terms of what I don't like...so far they have worked on five pieces of equipment and have only been able to successfully repair one. While they have been unsuccessful at repairing some of the equipment, some of it might have been unrepairable.
