Just purchased condo - first time visiting since settlement. Went inside to turn on AC (wall unit) - not working. Called my property management company (Coldwell Banker) and they contacted Fields for me. Was told since it was a Saturday, it may take a few hours but I would get a call back. It wasn't 1 hour and someone showed up to rescue the day. Came in, diagnosed the problem, discussed my options and agreed to replace the unit. I told them it was no particular hurry as the unit was not going to be rented again for 2 weeks. They came out Tuesday and did the work. I have not seen the final product, but they did provide PROMPT FRIENDLY COURTEOUS service and the employees have been great and very responsive. I highly recommend Fields.

I received prompt, friendly service at a less expensive rate than other local competitors. I'm also happy that there was no mess caused by the installation. Service technician was very nice.

We called several companies the day after Memorial Day weekend. Fields was the only one that would come out the same day (of course it was already 90 degrees!!). They gave us an appoximate time and then called when they were on their way. The technican Tim was great. He was personable and definitely seemed to know what he was talking about. He spent time researching everything that could possibly be wrong. He cleaned all filters. The Freon level was low so he added some. No problems since. We were happy with the cost considering the time he spent at our house. He also explained in detail how the system should work, what could possibly go wrong in the future and what we can do to keep the system like new. Thankful to have a Heating/Air company that we feel we can trust to not "find" things wrong just to jack up the cost. Highly recommend.
