CENTURY CARPET CLEANING

The 2-person crew was punctual and efficient. However, not all the carpet spots I was expecting to be cleaned were removed. Instead, I had to manually remove them myself later. I was disappointed they did not honor their advertised service coupon and the verbal price agreement made when the work was scheduled. Instead, the price was "renegotiated" when they arrived to perform the service.

They were excellent. They were better than any other carpet cleaning that we had. They did an excellent job that any stains that other carpet cleaning company company couldn't get out, they did. They were very neat and they left the house looking very good and they put everything back in its place and the carpet looked almost new. It was a recommendation from a realtor that we know.

I called Century Carpet Cleaning and explained I needed to have three rooms of carpets and the staircase cleaned rather quickly and they were able to come the next day. Zach and Bill were the technicians that arrived on time to clean the carpets and after they had started I asked if I could add on two more rooms and they were extremely accommodating and very professional. Before the men left the owner John had come to my door, introduced himself and asked if I was pleased and if he could inspect the job that was done. I don't have the bill in front of me but I do remember that it was very reasonable and for sure I would call them again. CM

did a poor job at first, didn't move furniture, didn't get gum stain out etc. Was lazy about the job. So we complained. The boss came out and was really annoyed at his worker. Got him to come back and do it again with special solvent for gum, moved all furniture etc. Job was then fine and looked great. If I hadn't complained though the job would not have been done very well.

They showed up in the 2 hour window as promised and charged in the price range they quoted. The quote was 90 to $110 depending on the time it took him. The final bill was $100. They sprayed the carpet with cleaning solution and then steamed the carpet. The carpet looks great, even got out the 3 stains that have been there for 4 years. I will use them and recommend them to all my friends.

My realtors recommended this company to us and they did a great job. I have used several carpet cleaning companies and they were by far the best I have used. After they were finished my carpets looked brand new. They were able to get stains out that Stanley Steemer and other could not. I was very happy with cleaning of the upholstery. I would recommend them to anyone.
