Tried to repair but the spinner was locked and would have been to costly to repair. He ordered a part that was going to cost me $300 plus labor. After getting part in and trying to repair he realized it would be more comprehensive so he didn’t charge for it and just charged a one time service fee after making several trips and ordering in parts that he ultimately didn’t use

It went great... Len came on time and was very knowledgeable about the refrigerator. He knew there may be a recall on the part that wasn't working and agreed to check it out and return the next morning. The company is professional and honest and wins our praises and an AAA rating.

Cause was quickly identified and remediated. Also, provided procedures for preventing future problems.

The service went well.  Our service call was arranged for the day after I called the office and the new part was ordered and arrived the following day.  They were very quick, prompt and professional.  I would definitely use Atlantic Appliance Service again.

Service was excellent. The technician arrived a couple of hours after we called on Saturday. He was prompted. He went over in detail explaining the problem and how to repair. Also explaining how to avoid it in the future. Finally told us where to get replacement parts.

Lyn worked directly with GE to diagnose our problem and get us the correct part. GE sent wrong parts to him and he didn't charge us until he got the right ones and verified repair was working. This is the second time we've used them. Last summer, Lyn repaired our older washing machine that would not agitate. He worked with our schedule and repairs successful. Highly Recommend!

I was very happy with them. They were very prompt and very reliable. They came when they said they were going to come and they did what I needed done. This is the place at the beach. The washer takes a beating because everybody puts a lot of beach towels in it so it is overloaded. The spring at the bottom of the washer had become unsprung because of the weight of the beach towels. They were very prompt about coming out, getting the repair parts and getting it done. So I was very happy because they came very promptly and very reliably. I thought the price was reasonable for what they had to do which was to replace the entire balancing mechanism of the washer. I would absolutely use them again in the future if I needed to.
