Description of Work: this man was hired to remodel my house. he described himself as a contractor - he isn't. what he was good at was over-billing, stalling,subtrafuge, lies, not providing accounting, returning materials already paid for with no adjustment, providing inferior materials, billing for man-hours not provided, generally sloppy if not completely amateurish work, this was a light remodel that should have gone smoothly in about two months - instead it took 5 months and still wasn't finished. i had to hire another crew to complete the project. what mr. million was good at was over-billing and demanding the money immediately. if he didn't have payment early on friday he would quit the project. i have remodeled about 10 buildings, from light remodel to total re-builds, on my own, and have alway had far better success. this time the house was out of town and i needed a local contractor - i just chose the wrong one. i have checked with other local contractors and they are in disbelief at the work and price. it has come to light that this "contractor" is not licensed, insured or certified. it will now cost extra to correct the mistakes and complete the remodel. the best that can be said about this "contractor" is to AVOID AT ALL COSTS - RUN THE OTHER WAY - STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
