Naylor's contracting is by far the most professional and well managed of several electricians we've encountered in the area. They make and keep appointments, or call to reschedule. They take calls and respond to messages promptly. They show up on time, do their work as described and when promised, and are professional and reliable in their entire deportment. They answer questions, itemize estimates as needed and requested and charge accordingly, or, possibly, a bit less. They also correct errors on invoices promptly and seem to be very well managed, from their accounting to their workmen. Unlike others in the area, they also stand behind their work and state this explicitly before and after they complete a particular job.
