They pressure washed the house and deck using tsp and bleach. Then applied a wood stain on house and preservative finish to the deck. Inside they fixed drywall, sanded and papainted most of the interior as asked. Fantastic job, highly recommended.
I searched high and low on Angie's list for a service provider to pressure wash and re-apply finish on the exterior of our home.
As well, paint the interior of the house.
We talked with the builder of our home asking him for suggestions. He recommended Dave with Dusk to Dawn painting.
We called their office and Dave (the Owner) came out to meet us. We agreed upon a price and was placed on the schedule.
Due to the weather variables at Deep Creek Lake (If you have owned a home here for a while you know what I mean) we were held up just a little past the estimated start date.
Now the work begins, they removed all of our deck items, grills, patio furniture etc. They pressure washed the deck and entire outside of our home. The house and deck looked new, but naked. upon waiting for a couple dry days. they started painting the house and with his crew finished in just over one day. The following day they started and finished the deck.
Upon detail inspection I could not believe the quality of work they performed, with siding it is not a straight line to trim to. It is in and out every 6and quot; they are perfectionist.
The basement walls were painted to what I believed was perfect, no holidays (Missed spots) but Dave was not satisfied came back out and recoated it again.
The interior in our home is drywall with clear and knotty pine everywhere. Dave and his crew
caulked every contact surface where wood met the drywall. Sanded the entire wall surface and recoated.
We could not be happier with the work Dusk to Dawn did for us. Without hesitation, I would trust Dave and his crew on any size project. As his 12 year Employee said to me, and quot;Dave does not accept second quality work, if it is not perfect, Dave is not happyand quot;
