He came out to give an estimate and he never came back out or gave me a call to follow up.

I think they do a great job and are reasonably priced for the size of my yard which is probably 10,000 sq. feet. They also respond to what I request. I ask them only to use small lawnmowers and not to clip the grass too closely at the edges or it will die. I like that they pick up the clippings because then I can walk through the yard in the morning when the grass is damp and not get a shoefull of grass clippings.
