Larry first came over to do the measurements and ordered the glass. Came back a week later to install it. Service was timely and professional and window looks great.

Two people showed up, replaced the broken pane as requested, took the bad pane with them, and it was done. They did not talk much -- no sales pitch; nice and simple. Window works fine now.

After calling everyone in the book and searching online, I finally found someone who would repair my windows and not try to sell me new ones. I had a Bay window installed about twelve years ago, I was happy with it but last year the glass went bad, the company who installed the window went out of business , it became so foggy I couldn't even see thru it. They came out, explained why the glass goes bad ,they replaced the glass with no problem .I was so happy to see across the street again.lol
