Things started well - we got an estimate by email from Sandra at T&IL for an initial deep clean of our home and for subsequent monthly cleaning. Then it started going downhill. It was pretty difficult to coordinate a date for the initial deep clean. We were left waiting to hear back a lot. Then, when a date was set - the crew didn't show up until 430pm - despite agreeing to 9am-4pm as the 'available' time window. The crew performed half of the deep clean (kitchen and bathrooms only) in about 45 minutes and then tore out of our driveway like a bat out of h*ll. Perhaps they were upset that we didn't cancel our family dinner to accommodate the unplanned evening clean? We weren't asked to. Sandra promised they'd be back the next day. Then another message said that it would have to be "next week." And that they needed payment for half-done job. That's when the ghosting started. Despite a half-dozen text messages and emails requesting plans for the completion of the deep clean, NOTHING. No reply or response. No communication about any kind of issue. We have no clue why we're being ghosted - none whatsoever. The T&IL Instagram and Facebook are being updated, but we can't get a response asking for the second half of our deep clean. What can we do except give up and seek services elsewhere? At best, this is VERY poor communication.

They did a great job on their first visit. They showed up on time and were very professional. All cleaners were masked up. Will be having them do a bi-weekly cleaning from now on.

Initially, I was satisfied with the service for the price. I used them for some time (house cleaning on monthly bases). Recently, there was a two month gap between cleanings. The appointment was made as usual and they arrived to perform the job (w/o owner). During the cleaning, I got a call from the owner asking if I was getting a deep clean to which my response was no. She did not say that I was supposed to pay more or because of the gap of two months that the cleaning is now considered a deep cleaning. Nor did she define what that entails. I guess the inquiry came because one of her employees complained... I dont know. I asked the employees did they think they were doing a deep clean and they said no. Also they didn’t clean one of the bedrooms (which I generally tell them not to but I still pay the same rate). I did not think that I was asking for too much to be done, I thought no more of it. Afterwards, I paid for services rendered at the agreed price for my size home and rooms. Fast forward to the next month, I had not heard back from them and I reached out to confirm the upcoming appointment. I was told by text that she would no longer clean my house because I received a deep clean and I only paid the regular rate. She did not think that that was fair. I was totally at wits end because I had no clue. I would have appreciated being told that I was to pay extra at the time of service and/or the option to discuss the matter but instead when I tried to contact them several times by call and text, they would not answer the phone. I am a big communicator and believe any situation can be resolved with discussion, not being passive-aggressive and ignoring. I cannot appreciate her calling my integrity into question by stating that I did not pay the correct price. However, if I was to pay more, I would’ve liked to have known how much. I would’ve much preferred a courtesy call to discuss the matter and possibly resolve. I don't think this was very professional.

Sandra and her crew do a lovely job. They clean very thoroughly. They tend to all the little details. Your surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned. Your tissues will be folded into adorable shapes. They also make beds absolutely beautifully. You will love them. I recommend them highly!

These are the best house cleaners I’ve ever had. They work in teams of 4 so they are in and out much faster than a single person, but the price is the same or less than every other cleaning company I’ve used. My favorite thing is that they make all the beds hotel style, and put fresh sheets on - a real luxury! They are SO thorough when cleaning, my husband even notices and he doesn’t usually notice that kind of thing. I highly recommend!

Work is usually done by a crew of four, so goes very quickly. I liked them after the first try, through Angies List, so now they come monthly. Scheduling is reasonable, Work is good. They respond to requests for changes in routine and cleaning materials.
