Jeff was extremely responsive. He lives nearby and stopped by after other jobs on the evening I called. He was focused and resolved the issue. He explained the root cause clearly and offered reasonable, no-pressure recommendations to avoid the issue in the future.

Moved outlet on the outside of house. The contractor was very efficient, he arrived around the time he said he would be there and did an excellant job. I would definitely call him again when I need additional electrical work done.

He came that night I called. He gave me a good deal. This was a last minute thing and he was the only one who could help. He was very professional and gave me a great deal.

We lost a large oak tree in hurricane Sandy, and as the tree fell, it took down the line carrying electricity to our house. When the electric company came to fix the line, they initially wouldn't do it because the service head had been ripped off of the house and was hanging off the side of the house. Mr. Rush had been working on a neighbor's property, and he looked at it and said that for $350, he would check the wire for damage and if it was intact, re-fix it to the house as soon as he was done with the neighbor's house. When I agreed, he flagged down the electric company workers and made sure they wouldn't leave the area before coming back to my house for another try at re-connecting the power line. Mr. Rush found the wire to be intact, and re-attached it and the service head. The electric company came back, and we had power again. After he had finished, Mr. Rush said it hadn't taken him as long as he expected, and without my asking reduced his price to $225. I told him I needed a written invoice for my insurance company, and he said he would mail it and gave me 2 business cards with his contact info. I didn't have the invoice a week later, so I called him and left a message. The invoice was hand-delivered through my mail slot early the next morning, before I came downstairs. Overall I found Mr. Rush to be highly professional and I will call him again when I need electrical work done.

After some initial difficulty, Dorman's Lighting (Lutherville) sent Mr. Rush to my home to help finish the installation of 3 ceiling fans. He came with a member of the original installation crew and was very friendly, personable and professional. When they arrived, I told them I needed the toggle switched at the far end of the row to accommodate the switch plate covers I'd ordered and they said that was no problem.
While the original crew struggled with the installation, under Mr. Rush's guidance all 3 fans were working properly within about 90 minutes. These were somewhat complicated installations as all three fans also had lights which were wired separately.
I cannot speak to his prices, I would definitely contact Mr. Rush again should I be in need of electrical work. He was fast and efficient!
