This company should be ashamed. I asked for a quote to have my skirting replaced on a mobile home. Other quotes I received were between $1,100 and $1,300. This company rep quoted me $8400.!! He thought he was dealing with an uninformed senior and I believe this was a clear case of elder abuse and a scam.

Curt and his team at Air Tite were amazing! Curt was friendly and knowledgeable at our consultation meeting. The doors were ordered and came in within the time frame given to us and were installed well. There was a miscommunication that was remedied with no effort on our part. We are going to call to schedule window replacement with them since this was such a great job!

Curt and his team were wonderful and the removal and replacement of the door went very well. We love the final result and would definitely hire them again!

Very professional, door was delivered and installed as promised, excellent job from start to finish--in a year when nothing has gone right, much appreciated! The team was very competent and professional, in spite of the super-cold and windy day. Very much appreciated!

I felt like it took a long time for it to come in. We were in a situation where we had a wood door and we had a break in and we had to get it replaced quickly. The owner was in touch to let us know, but he kept kind of saying, "Oh, it's just going to be a couple more days," and he did that a couple of times. It was a little bit upsetting that our door was kind of compromised for so long. I changed the order. We wanted to have a peep knocker in and then when the door came, it wasn't there. The installer was like, "Oh, I'll call the owner and we'll get this fixed." Then, it never got followed through on. By that point, the painters were here and we were having it painted. So, I didn't want to have to deal with getting a new door. It was a small enough thing. It had a peephole. But I wanted a peephole with a knocker. So, all it was missing was really the knocker. It wasn't a deal-breaker. We just dealt with it and moved on. The price was fine because our insurance covered it.

It was a difficult job due to the structure.  They did a great job.

The (first) install went perfectly, except that we needed a slider with a key lock, and the door they installed did not have one. It was another 3 weeks until the new door was shipped from the factory and installed, but we were kept informed the whole time. Tina, the office manager, was terrific, and it is because of her that I would use them again.

They were not the best quality/value offer.  I picked another firm.

This is the best service company I have ever worked with for any  home project -- I have own my own home for over 20 years.  The owner was honest and straightforward.  He recommended a product to best suit my needs.  He counseled me to not get more expensive options.  The price was half of what a competitor quoted me.  
But, wait, the experience only gets better. 
When one of his employees came to install the door, he noticed water damage that would effect the performance of the product; he alerted me to this and  installed new wood to fix that problem -- at no charge.  
I would use this company again in a heart beat.  Owner and staff are honest, professional, craftsman and customer oriented.   This what homeowners seek to find but rarely do -- Air Tite has it all.

Fantastic job! Curtis is such a pro in understanding what look you are going for. When the installers, Scott and Bruce, arrived, I was thrilled to know they were the same installers who put in our gorgeous Air Tite front door 3 or 4 years before. That says a lot to me about trust and confidence and employee longevity. Scott and Bruce were the best--on time, great communication, excellent work, great clean-up, very personable, and simply a perfect door and a perfect team. Scott noticed a threshold plate on the front door had cracked and promptly went about ordering me a new one (no charge). When they returned (exactly as scheduled), they installed the threshold and both front and back door trim very quickly and very professionally. Not sure if I need any more doors, but if I do, I will most assuredly go to this company.

My initial meeting with Curtis was great. He was extremely informative and gave me suggestions on what to consider when looking into a new back door. I live in the city in an old row home so the current door was not a standard size and the frame left much to be desired. Curtis assured me that the job would be no problem and they could fix it up. I decided I might as well get the door replaced instead of continuing to try and make the old door work. 
The crew came out a few weeks later and they were wonderful. The two men worked well together and were quick to get the job completed. The frame was replaced and the door looks great! I know this was a tough job just because of the way the old door was installed and they talked to me through every step to make sure I understood what was happening. They even put in some nice molding around the door frame so it looked nicely finished. The door looks great, is secure, and definitely makes a difference with air flow no longer coming in through cracks in between the door and frame! I am extremely happy with the results.

The company rep was very professional and his presentation was quite good.  In the end, I decided to go with a different company based on their stronger reputation.

They were here last week working on a problem that we had with the front door. They have been wonderful and they are very good people. They replaced the whole front door. We had a custom front door put in; they took out the old one, repaired some eroding and underlayment, and put in a brand new door for us. I had overall an excellent experience with them. They were very responsive. They are a good company to do business with and I will use them again. They are very competitive price wise and they use a very good product. They do not pressure you, they come in and say here is our product take a look at it and if you are interested give us a call, there is no pressure. We had an issue where we had to have them come back and adjust it, on two different occasions, and they were there. They were responsive and a 100% they were on and they were there. They said we will set an appointment for next week, we will have our guy called and they called to verify. They even called to check if we were satisfied with the work that was done after they came back. So they are a very good company. I picked the top end door and he was willing to give a little bit of a discount, and what I mean by a little bit of a discount is that he gave us a $1000 off and he also offered alternatives to the most expensive product if we did not want to go that way. They were very competitive on price. I am very impressed with the quality.

They installed the 6 new sliding glass doors on my third floor balcony.

I do not recommend this company, their products or their services.  
All 3 doors have had significant issue.  The first storm door broke after two years.  The door handle/nob fell off in my hands.  Because it was out of warranty, Air Tite Windows and Doors quoted me over $300 to replace the door handle mechanism.  I tried to fix the item myself with like items from both Home Depot and Lowes but the door and its parts are proprietary and standard items do not fit the already drilled metal holes and only "contractors" can order direct from the manufacturer.  I refused to pay $385 dollars and connected the item  using JB Weld.   The door itself was $800 with installation and they wanted me to pay half of that to repair a faulty fixture.  
The second door broke yesterday, less than 3 years after installation.  It broke just like the first storm door did last year, the door nob fell off in my hand.  Only this time it was my front and only entrance accessible to my home (other door is to a back yard with a locked fence).  I was stuck either inside the home or not able to get back in once I left.  I called the company in a panic and they agreed to come out and fix, which they promptly did.  They wanted to charge me $145 ($60 for part, $85 for labor), I paid $85 for the installers time and demanded that they order a second mechanism to fix the item that broke a year ago, the same way.  Only time will tell if they meet my expectations with that service.
The 3rd door still doesn't work right.  It's a sliding glass door that refuses to stay locked.  I have fussed with the locking closure, had a hired handyman fix it twice and it still doesn't work.  I'm lucky there is no public access to this door and I've had to install an alarm system because of this door.  
I wish I could say that I have 5 kids and a husband running in and out abusing these doors, but I do not.  I am a single female and have lived alone since the installation of these doors.
Poor quality, fair to poor service, terrible products.

Two guys arrived about 1pm.  They were both very professional.  Work was completed about 6 pm.  Very good job.

Went fine start to finish. Punctual, courteous & professional.

Responded promptly, showed up on time for scheduled estimate, easy to reach by phone. Installers called ahead to update me about arrival time.  Showed up at scheduled time.  Professional, positive attitudes, fast installation, cleaned up all debris. One of the smoothest home improvement jobs I've experienced.  Overpriced, high mark-up on door, but in line with going rate by comparable companies.

I think it went well and I liked the company. I never met the owner but I spoke to him on the phone a couple times and exchanged emails with him.  He did a great job.  The day he was supposed to install my window it snowed and he had to cancel and reschedule it.  He installed the window and I really like it.  Everything was excellent.  He told me it would take four weeks to order the window and it took a little longer than that.  I don’t think it was his fault; I think he put the order in right away and it was out of his control.  The manufacturer had to make the window and I think he did the best he could.

The owner arrived at the scheduled time to provide to provide an estimate.  He quickly sized up the job, gave us book to look at to pick out the doors that we wanted, and gave us an estimate. 
Once the contract was signed they ordered the doors and advised us it would be approximately a month for the doors to come in.  Within four weeks the company called to schedule an appointment to install the doors.  The workers arrived within the window provided and quickly went to work installing the front and side door.  They crew advised that they would be unable to install the back sliding door on the same day and schedule a date and time for that installation.
They returned several days laters and installed the sliding glass door.  Installation of the sliding glass door required them to install a new header and repair some drywall. 
Overall, the company did an excellent job.  The quality of the work is outstanding.  If I had any complaint it would be that capping of the front and side door door was not included.  To be fair, the contract clearly stated that capping is not included unless noted.  However, I would have expected that they would have realized when giving the estimate that capping was going to be necessary and include it in the quote or specifically statate that additional capping may be necessary. 
When the job was complete the company sent an email with the warranty.
