Pat whined the entire time and Left and empty bottle of Gentlemen Jack in my bathroom. He left an empty 30 pack in my yard.. I could have hired a day laborer outside of Home Depot and had better work. Toilet is leaking like sieve.

He came to my house, left to buy a part, came back and did the repair. I found him through an old landlord of mine. He has done major work for good friends of mine. He is super nice and an all around good guy. He also referred me to an excellent electrician.
