NICOLE WERNER-JANTZ

Description of Work: I was a first time home buyer and was referred to Nicole by one of her co-workers. She met with me prior to taking me out to look at houses. During that initial meeting, she talked to me about how she generally works, she answered any questions I had, and talked to me about what type of house I was looking for. I needed to find a home in less than two months and she made it happen! I ended up looking at neighborhoods in West Baltimore city and Nicole lives and works in Northeast Baltimore County. This was never a problem for her and she made extra trips out to the home I ended up purchasing to open it up to show my friends and family. She was flexible, never overbearing but always available if I had any questions or needed anything, and made me feel confident and comfortable with my purchase.
