The office is no longer there. Check Google maps and you'll see a Carpet place and a Vietnamese soup restaurant.

I found the office environment to be very unprofessional and patient interactions were poor. Dr. Morrill uses iPads to collect generic health information which is annoying at best and a poor excuse for quality assessment by a physician. Prior to each visit, it was necessary to go through the same cookie-cutter list of health questions requiring a rating with no option for elaboration. Areas of concern that are noted on the questions are not followed up on during the visit.
Dr. Morrill came to each appointment looking unprofessional--dressed in faded knit pants and t-shirts. She sat at a computer and would not turn around to greet me when I was escorted in by office staff and did not stand up. She insisted I needed to follow a diet plan that had been used by one of the office staff who had success with it. When I tried to point out that I had food allergies and sensitivities and that most of the foods on this 'plan' would have negative consequences, she ignored me. Even when I advised her that emergency room visits were necessary due to reactions to certain foods, she insisted I had to follow this 'plan'.
During one visit, there was an 'observer'--I assumed to be a medical student. (I was not told why the person was there.) Throughout my appointment she quizzed the person and would rudely berate the person when they answered incorrectly.
I had been hospitalized on an emergency basis between visits and when I came in for my next appointment, Dr. Morrill showed no interest in the reason for the hospitalization and did not attempt to follow-up in any way.

The 'straw that broke the camels back' and convinced me that I needed to go elsewhere was my last appointment. I intentionally asked for the first appointment of the day as my experience had been that there was a long wait time. I arrived early and went through the iPad routine. Then a nurse came in to talk with me and basically re-asked every question, more than once. Every once in a while she would get up and leave the room and then come back and ask the same questions over again. It was clear she was stalling for time. Finally, after an hour of this, she advised me that Dr. Morrill had not yet arrived and that I would be her first patient when she did arrive. Dr. Morrill showed up about an 75 minutes late. She sat at the computer with her back to the door when I entered and did not move more than a few inches at any point in time. When I tried to bring up symptoms that concerned me, she dismissed them. Then she told one of the office staff to write down for me what they had eaten to lose weight. This was another 15 minutes of wasted time as most of the 30-40 foods she listed are things I am allergic to or have had severe reactions to in the past.
There was no physical exam. Dr. Morrill refuses to shake hands and instead does a 'elbow bump', which I found disrespectful and childish. I can understand someone being a germaphobe but I found it insulting that she insisted on this lame approach to making contact with patients.
I do not plan to go back as I found it incredibly demeaning to see Dr. Morrill. Her use of technology and excessive outside medical tests are no substitute for quality patient assessment and interaction.

I was happy with Dr. Morrill's willingness to prescribe dessicated thyroid hormone instead of synthetic thyroid. She gives me the Rx for and quot;nature -throidand quot; instead of synthroid. Dr. Morrill truly listened. She was very thorough. In a first exam she noticed things going on with my body other than the issue I came in for. Example: She noticed that one knee has a higher temperature than the other which indicates that there's inflammation within that particular knee joint.

My visit with Dr. Morrill was wonderful. She's very personable, and her staff is very helpful and very agreeable. The service is good. She has good office hours. She has day as well as evening hours. She has evening hours on the weekend as well and so she's very accessible. I will most definitely use her again in the future.

Dr. Morrill used to be my primary care doctor. I had seen her on Chesaco Ave, and when she was on Belair Rd at a medical center. I would NEVER advise anyone to go see her. You will wait 45 mins - 1hr if not longer to see her. She is extremely unprofessional. Her hair is greasy and dirty, and she is dressed very sloppy. At the time I was seeing her she was having marital problems and felt the need to tell us (my mother was also a patient) about how her husband cheated, and she had to be tested for STD's now, etc. NOT the information that I want to hear about my doctor.

Dr Morrill's written policy is as follow:
Treat patients with kindness, politeness, and respect.Respect patient decisions regarding health. Explain patient conditions in an understandable fashion. Notify patients of test results, even if normal. Recommend specialists to whom she would send her loved ones or go to herself. Practice preventative health maintenance. See sick patients that day, if possible. Be accessible, giving patients her email address and cell phone number. Return all patient messages. For patient prescriptions we can call, fax, or ePrescribe to the pharmacy. Address each patient concern during their visit.
Her efforts to provide such care speaks a lot for her. I have sent others to her.

I find the wait time too long and disrespectful as you can wait up to an hour to be seen and then another half hour in the patient room. There is always food sitting out in the receptionist area, which I find unsanitary.
  • Dr. Morrill also always wants to send you off to a specialist; which can be a positive or a negative.
  • The office has flexible hours.

Dr. Morrill is a very thorough Doctor and I would not hesitate to recommend her. My only issue is with the general office. Even though you may be called for BP, weight, etc. quickly, when you get to one of the individual waiting rooms, you will wait. I've already sat for over an hour before seeing the doctor ( in the interim an assistant comes in and asks for detailed information). Checkout is usually quick, but there was one instance this past year where I had to wait with paperwork in hand at the checkout station for 25 minutes while they took care of the one person in front of me. I always allow a full two hours when I make an appointment, just in case.

Dr Morrill is a wonderful doctor. She's easy to talk to and is very thorough. Same day appointments are usually easy to get. The front desk staff has had some past issues with returning phone calls, but they've been better in the past few months. Her Physicians Assistants are also very good.
