Great!. We sold our house on the first day.

The process of purchasing a home is no doubt stressful, especially when you are a first-time homebuyer looking to buy in an area you've only lived in for a year. After looking through many online reviews of agents in our area, Mike stood out from the pack due to his track record. After a short phone conversation and one-on-one meeting in his office explaining the entire process from start to finish (almost like a mini first-time homebuyer course), I knew why he was rated one of the best agents in Maryland time and time again. Just because our settlement day has passed, I don't consider our relationship with Mike to be over. Mike is the best realtor that I have ever worked with. Anytime I needed him to show me a house or answer a question he would respond almost immediately. If he wasn't available to show a house he would have one of his assistants there to help. He and his team made me feel important. He was honest with me and when he saw a house that had issues he would tell me. I would have had no idea and he was there to educate me and help me learn what to look for and what to stay away from. Once I found the house I bought I felt comfortable with my decision because he had my back. I knew when he told me I found a great house in a great neighborhood that I made the right choice!

Mike handled the entire sales process for a condominium in MD that I needed to sell as part of liquidating an estate for a recently deceased friend.  I live in SC and relied on Mike to manage everything for me.  He did an excellent job staying in communication, efficiently handling any and all paperwork and managing the closing process so that I did not have to travel back and forth.  He is reliable, assertive and very easy to work with.  I highly recommend his real estate services for either buying or selling a home.
