Lowe's Companies Inc - White Marsh

But I am not loyal to anybody, whoever has the best deal. That is where I reduce them because I had to stand around forever waiting for someone to wait on me. That one I didn't but sometimes I just go online. I don't have to wait in a line or anything, I just order it online if I know what I want. In this case I didn't know so I went over and wanted to talk to people. So in that event, the price was competitive but I had to wait for a lengthy period of time before I was waited on. Then they had to order the items that took a little while to come but other than that it was adequate. It was fine. One of them I just bought online so I didn't deal with them but the dishwasher and stove, I went over there for. It was $800 for the dishwasher, worth every penny by the way.

The process was easy. We went to Lowe's to pick out and pay for the
doors and installation. The employee was very courteous and helpful.
Lowe's schedules a measurement and the contractor was able to come by
while we were not home. After the doors were ordered, it took 3 weeks
for them to come in. (Keep this in mind when timing your project). The
contractor they used was very professional and courteous. He called and
said he could do the majority of the work while we were not home but
asked to have someone to inspect and approve when he was finished. It
was very easy and convenient. The installation went smoothly and the
doors gave our porch a very fresh look. The price included 2 doors (Savanah by Larson), measurement, installation, and removal and disposal of old doors.)

I was very please with every step of this small project.  I signed up on Lowes to request a representative to contact me.  Jason Bolton, the representative from Lowes White Marsh, called me promptly and set up at time and date to come to my house which was convenient for me.  He arrived on time and listened to my needs for a replacement window.  He showed me several options with NO sales pressure.  I chose a window that  was good for my budget and needs.  The installation was scheduled in the time frame indicated by Jason.  The installers that were sent by Lowes arrived promptly.  They did an excellent job of covering items and protecting the flooring from any mess.  The workers were very efficient and installed the window professionally.  Before leaving, they took the time to show me how to properly lock, unlock, and pull down the double hung panes for cleaning.  (This was my first double hung window.) 
I was very happy with every step of this small project. From the no-pressure sales information provided, to scheduling, to installation, to enjoying the final project, I was very happy with Lowes of White Marsh.  I will consider them when future projects arise.

I looked around, they had good doors and the prices were good. With the front one, they had to rip everything out. The door frame and everything was replaced. The price was comparable. I am really happy with the doors.

Everything was done professionally. I have no complains. Just have patience with them.

The crew working at the were professional, hard working. The job was done well and on time. The site was left cleaner than before the job was started. Beautiful work.

They did a good job.

WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE INSTALLER DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE DESCRIBED WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. BECAUSE MY HOME IS OLDER, INSTALLATION REQUIRED SPECIAL ATTENTION. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL RESULT. I HAVE RECEIVED MANY COMPLIMENTS.

Our salesperson was both helpful and knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. The delivery went smoothly as they arrived when expected, removed the used appliances, and successfully installed and/or hooked up the new ones.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THE IMPROVEMENT STORE WAS A POSITIVE ONE. I WAS APPRECIATIVE OF THE VALUABLE INFORMATION THAT WAS PROVIDED TO HELP ME MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION.

WE PURCHASED FRENCH DOORS FROM LOWE'S AND THEY WOULD COME OUT TO MEASURE AND INSTALL THEM FOR A SET PRICE. THE PRICE THEY ADVERTISED WAS DIFFERENT THEN THE ONE THEY ACTUALLY CHARGE. THEY ADDED EXTRA CHARGES IN WHICH THEY DON'T EXPLAIN UNTIL AFTER YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT. THEY CAME RIGHT OUT TO MEASURE, BUT WHEN IT CAME TO INSTALLING THEM IT TOOK SEVERAL CALLS TO SET THE APPOINTMENT. THIS OCCURRED OVER A MONTH. FINALLY WE HAD TO GO IN PERSON TO LOWE'S TO TALK TO THE STORE MANAGER. HE FINALLY SET THE APPOINTMENT TWO WEEKS LATER THEY CAME TO INSTALL THE DOORS. WE WERE NOT PLEASED WITH LOWE'S AT ALL. WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO DOING ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY DID A NEAT JOB AND CLEAN UP. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE COMPANY AND THEIR GOOD COMMENTS WHEN I HAD QUESTIONS.

THE COMPANY WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE PROMPT, AND EFFICIENT WITH THE SERVICE INSTALLATION OF MY APPLIANCE. THEY WERE A GOOD, AND HELPFUL GROUP OF PEOPLE DO BUSINESS WITH.

THE SERVICE AT LOWE'S WAS GREAT. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND TOLD ME SOME THINGS I DID NOT KNOW TO EVEN ASK ABOUT. THEIR PRICES BEAT HOME DEPOT.

WE ARE SO PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF OUR SELECTION WITH OUR CEILING FANS. THE SALES PEOPLE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND WILLING TO SPEND AS MUCH TIME AS WE NEEDED.

THE SELECTIONS OF DOOR TYPES WERE PLENTIFUL. THE ORDERING AND MEASURING PROCESS WAS TIMELY. SCHEDULING OF THE INSTALLATION WAS LENGTHY AND THE ORIGINAL SUB CONTRACTOR WAS UNRESPONSIVE TO CALLS and INQUIRES. ONCE THE PROJECT WAS ASSIGNED TO A NEW CONTRACTOR THE DOOR WAS INSTALLED ON THE SCHEDULED DAY. THE WORK WAS DONE TIMELY AND PROFESSIONALLY. HOWEVER I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED MORE DETAIL GIVEN TO THE TRIM WORK AROUND THE DOOR.

OUR EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL. THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB AND DID IT FAST AND EFFICIENT. THEY EVEN TOOK THE TIME TO GIVE ME CLEANING TIPS FOR THE GLASS FRONT.

THE SELECTION AND PURCHASE OF DOOR WAS VERY EASY. LOWES EMPLOYEE PROVIDED MUCH INFO ON PRODUCTS. THE INSTALL WAS COMPLETED AND DONE VERY WELL, I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH WORK.
