The contractor has said he'll come out to check on it, but he's rescheduled twice due to the weather.
I paid the subcontractor (Orlando Romero 240-388-7349) $3300 for the staining.
I paid $4900 to the main contractor (Jiro Barrera, 703-928-5091).
I want them to replace it.
