Absolutely beautiful. Meticulous work since we had a lot of older molding that we didn't want removed and he hand sanded ,repaired and refinished. Only downfall was that we were required to move all furniture from the entire first floor. Most refinishers we got estimates from moved the furniture for you and all estimates were in line with each other. And I mean move everything: curtains, rugs, furniture, knick-knacks etc....This could be a drawback for some people who don't have the manpower to move the furniture or the place to store it. The results are worth the inconvenience. Other refinsihers didn't even look at the older molding or talk about hand sanding in some places. We vacated the house while the floors were being done and didn't come back for a week but house still smelled awful. Luckily the weather was great and we opened all windows to air out house and in a few days no smell. So, this is something to think about if having done in the hot weather.
