Flatiron Contracting LLC

Every aspect of this project was professional, efficient and successful.  From contracting, to implementation, to delivery, the team at Flatiron treated me and my home with utmost respect.  Every room in the house was touched during this whole-house remodel.  The house was delivered back to me in impeccable condition -- I still walk around in amazement of the transformation that took place here during the past five months!  The workmanship is quite simply... perfect.  Every detail has been attended to... the woodworking by master carpenter Rudy is beautiful in every detail.  Nothing was left in condition other than perfect. 

I have worked with Flatiron before, so it was a simple call to the President, David D'Agati, to come out for an estimate. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted to do with the kitchen, so he spent a lot of time with me explaining my options, showing me samples, doing research for me, etc. We came up with a plan together, he gave me an estimate and when they could get started, and everything ran smoothly from there - start to finish. His guys executed everything perfectly and were always very professional. Whenever I had questions, Mr. D'Agati was very accessible. I am extremely pleased, again.

They were on time and they were honest and had integrity. They were a pretty good company, they were just starting out when I used them.

They were responsive and really prompt with showing up to do the work.

It went very well over all. I contacted Flatiron in mid October and was given a estimate. The estimate in my opinion was a fair price. I called them back the first part of November and they fit me into the schedule on the day that I requested. The day of the work Flatiron's crew arrived on time and did a great job. They finished in one day and hauled everything away. Thanks for all your help, Flatiron.

Excellent. The job from beginning to completion was on time and mainly within budget (I made changes as we went along that increased my price; David D'agati was very helpful and accommodating in making those changes. The final product was fantastic, the crew was good to work with - considering they are in your house day after day for a long time! I was very pleased and will use Flatiron Contracting again, no question.

Excellent! David D'Agati came out and personally did the estimate, made good recommendations that I followed, and the work was all done within budget and on-time. The crew was friendly and courteous and always cleaned up. I was very satisfied.
