The only unsatisfactory part of my experience being the miss-communication between different members of the team resulting in my questions going unanswered for a couple of weeks, even after several emails. I was directed to so many different people at the office that I was sometimes unsure to whom exactly I should email. However, they did get all of my questions answered once they realized that the other person who they thought was addressing my email hadn't yet.
Description of Work: First Home Mortgage helped me obtain and close a mortgage.

 + -1 moreIf you are blessed enough to get a gentleman by the name of Robert Shurr to handle your application, you are really blessed. This gentleman is looking out for you and I have never used anyone before or since that had the best of intentions for my needs than Robert. I was never in the dark, I knew exactly what I was doing, and this was no little closing. I cannot thank him enough for both his professionalism as well as his friendship.
Description of Work: This was the company we landed the mortgage with. There was no problem with the closing, everything was explained to us perfectly, and the entire process ran according to how we thought it should. This is our 5th mortgage in all. They do not currently hold the title.
