I was mostly very pleased with the overall service I was provided. The only unsatisfactory part of my experience being the miss-communication between different members of the team resulting in my questions going unanswered for a couple of weeks, even after several emails. I was directed to so many different people at the office that I was sometimes unsure to whom exactly I should email. However, they did get all of my questions answered once they realized that the other person who they thought was addressing my email hadn't yet.

If you are blessed enough to get a gentleman by the name of Robert Shurr to handle your application, you are really blessed. This gentleman is looking out for you and I have never used anyone before or since that had the best of intentions for my needs than Robert. I was never in the dark, I knew exactly what I was doing, and this was no little closing. I cannot thank him enough for both his professionalism as well as his friendship.
