I would never hire this company again!!! Technicians were professional but just didn't install the dining room fan correctly the first time so they had to return to my home and make sure the ceiling fan was flush with my ceiling. I had no issues with the technicians. The work was performed to my satisfaction. They were honest men and realized that I did not need to install the second newly purchased kitchen fan because all it needed was a screw to be tightened. However, when the invoice arrived in the mail, the cost was not even close to what was quoted. I called to resolve what I considered a totally unreasonable invoice and my integrity was questioned. I was accused of calling to " purposely trying to get electrical work for nothing " I was made to feel that it was my responsibility to pay for the return visit of the technicians to fix a job that was not done correctly in the first place. So I have to pay the hourly rate for a job not done right in the first place??? Brian was extremely rude, arrogant and demeaning to me. It was the worst customer service conversation that I had ever experienced in my lifetime!!!! All I wanted was a fair price for the work rendered based on what I was quoted. Beware ...a quote may hold no meaning in dealing with this company.

See above. Electrician seemed to enjoy talking about a business he wants to start. We feel the charge was excessive, as actual work time was less than 1/2 hour. The electrician said the company charges $72.00 per hour and he would tell the office of that. Did not leave us a bill or statement of work accomplished. Just received and mailed payment 04/11/2013.

They were prompt and efficient. The costs were reasonable. I would recommend them to others.

I had 3 small electrical things that needed fixing, and they sent an
excellent problem-solver. 2 of the fixes were extremely simple
(something had come loose kind of thing) and the electrician was totally
honest and explained exactly what the deal was. Another company might
have made more of a big deal of it and charged me more.

I am pretty happy with their service.

2 electrical contract workers arrived on time. They explained everything precisely, answered all questions and concerns. Did all the work expertly without making any kind of mess. I was very pleased with the end process of things. I will absolutely use Casper G. Sippel Inc. again in the future!

An estimator came right away and prepared an estimate. The receptionist was very friendly as well. The estimator responded to my concerns and explained the process throughly. Steve and Dustin came and installed the lighting. They were very professional, friendly, and calm. They called ahead to let me know they were coming. They did a great job and cleaned up well. They even wiped off the fingerprints. They were so careful with my plaster ceiling. I don't have any holes or painting to do at all. Something done right for once!

Services were good and the technician was on time. He had to order a part so he came back the next day on time. He replaced the fan finishing within an hour.

Casper Sippel Inc. is good, quick and reasonable. I have a rental property, and he has trouble shooted line problems. He has wired in lighting in my cellar here in my home. That went very well. I was particularly pleased with the price. They give you good service.

I called Casper Sipple and asked for an appointment for an estimate. I was constantly having trouble with tripping the circuit breaker. My condo is on the 2nd floor and the main electrical boxes are in the basement. Archie, the estimator, showed up right on time on the day of the appointment. He studied the electrical boxes in the basement and inside my condo. He is an older gentleman and he explained why the old circuits were set up that way and how he could update the box so I would have enough electricity to run all of my appliances when I want. He told me he would mail me a quote within a week and I got it in the mail a few days later. My husband (an engineer) said, "Yep-this is a good quote and they sound like they know what they are doing." They warned me it could take 2 days. I asked them to please get it done in one day if they could! I was taking a day off from work and did not want to take 2 days. Plus, it was right before Christmas and I really wanted to have proper electricity for the holidays! On the day of the job, 2 guys showed up and it was very clear that the guy in charge was experienced. He gave instructions to guy #2 all day and they worked very smoothly together. I also had a plumber working on the same day, and it was a pleasure how professional everyone was. Also, I would say we got lucky. The beams in the ceiling were set up so only a few holes had to be cut. Originally, I did not ask for a light fixture to be hung. But when I saw the hole in the ceiling, it gave me the idea that I'd like to have a light there, and I asked if they could do it. The answer was yes, and I ran out to a home improvement store to get a light real quick. They also made the new light work with the existing switch on the wall. They finished everything by 3 pm and tidied up. When I got the quote, I had to mail a check for 1/3 down before they would schedule the work. I expected to pay the other 2/3 on the day of the job, but they said, "No, we will bill you." OK, that was fine with me. I got the bill about a week later, and it is due within 30 days. And they only charged me an extra $80 for the new light they added. I really appreciated their flexibility, and it is nice to have a little leeway with paying the final balance.

Sippel Electric was very prompt since I needed them to come out between other jobs that I was having done in my kitchen. They were very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend them.

I have used them in the past and they were good. They were very punctual.I will continue to use them.

Archie initially came out to make an estimate, but after looking at the job (a job that another company had refused to undertake) he proceeded to fix it himself, and charged me for just one hour's work. He's very nice, very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and a good story teller! The only complaint I have, and it's minor, is that he is not always super-prompt about returning phone calls. Occasionally, I have to call twice.

The estimator took time to work out the manner in which to approach the job for satisfactory results. The workers arrived on time and were careful, polite, and serious workers. They were careful to clean up after themselves. I have used this company many times in other locations and have complete confidence in the competency of the electricians and the fairness in pricing. I have no qualms about recommending this company to friends.

AM NOT PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL. CALLED THEM ABOUT OUR BATHROOM RECEPTACLES. THEY TOOK ABOUT A WEEK TO COME TO FIX THEM. THEN, THEY NOW WORK ABOUT HALF OF THE TIME, AND THEY HAVE LOOKED AT THEM AGAIN. I ONLY USE THEM BECAUSE OF MY HOMEOWNERS POLICY.

SIPPLE WERE ON SITE WHEN THEY SAID, WERE NEAT, AND DID A GOOD JOB. ELECTRICIAN WAS COURTEOUS, AND POLITE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP WHEN FINISHED.
