They have a contract with The Crossings at White Marsh Apartments. They will lie with the Crossings at White Marsh Apartments to charge you for unfounded damages in your apartment during move - out. The Crossings at White Marsh completed a move -out inspection while I wasn't present. They Carpet Authority and The Crossings at White Marsh made false charges and lied on my move - out inspection sheet. I have pictures and recordings from different devices during my move - out inspection. The pictures they showed on the move - out inspection sheet from The Carpet Authority aren't my apartment. We compared the pictures from The Carpet Authority, and the pictures I took during my departure aren't the same pictures. Why would The Crossings at White Marsh think for 1 second that I wouldn’t take recordings and pictures ? When you are dealing with people who are dishonest, who steal ,and who makes up false charges, you have to make sure you keep documentation, recordings, and pictures. I will pursue legal action because I'm not paying for damages I didn't do. When I moved into the unit, it stunked, and it was dirty, so I know The Crossings at White Marsh didn't pay the Carpet Authority to Deodorized my unit after I moved out. The Carpet Authority are liars and dishonest, but pictures and recordings don't lie. Stay far away from this company.

The installer came out and spent an hour trying to fix the transition and place the rug into it properly. They did not do the initial tile or rug install. I called them for repair only. The rug did not easily remove from the metal transition and the repair person suggested a metal strip to cover the carpet that was bunching up to make it look good. The repair man came back a week later, installed it and thought they're might be a problem with the metal stip lifting up and nails becoming loose. After a few days they did, so I called and they came out the next day and glues down the strip and nails and told me if it needs any more work or gets loose, do not hesitate to call and they will be right out. They did a great job, were very professional and the cost was reasonable. I have to stress they did not do the original rug or tile install. They did to a good repair job. I would use them again

Their service is absolutely terrific. There was a single technician that came out and he took about ten minutes or so to walk me through and explain everything he would be doing. He made very little noise and was in and out in about an hour and 20 minutes. We had never had professional carpet cleaning done here before, and it was an absolute wonderful experience. We received a 10% discount for the referral that we had used for Carpet Authority.

He was very pleasant and helpful. He even did a few of the basement steps without charging extra. They followed up with a phone call a few days later to check on the service provided. I would use them again.

Cleaner arrived early. The young man was efficient and pleasant. Informed me of problem areas. Offered the stainguard application (which I wanted, but forgot to ask about) and went back to the office to get the necessary supplies the same day. I recommend this company highly.
