BEST DRIVEWAYS INC

Following the completion of the project, there was a "speed bump" sized elevation in the driveway where one course was joined with another. The edge of the driveway was wavy and not straight...poor quality and I can't believe they thought we'd be OK with it. We did not use the driveway until the company told us it was OK. The asphalt was lumpy and not fine, which resulted in many potholes after cars were parked on the driveway. The tires were actually sinking into the new asphalt. We figured the asphalt was bad. After complaining, they tried to smooth the speed bump, straighten the wavy edges, but to no avail and heat patch the many tire holes that resulted. We complained again. We want all of it stripped away and redone. The owner of the driveway paving company came out with the owner of the asphalt company and determined that the entire job needed to be redone. The re-do will be done at no charge to us. We have submitted a letter requesting details of the remedy 2 weeks ago and have not heard from the owner yet.
