After receiving the estimate from Pat O'Connor the work commenced on-time and finished on budget. Mr. O'Connor took several hours to a**** what we needed along with going over the entire plan for how our bathroom rehab would take place.
The individuals that demolished out bathroom and rebuilt it from the ground up were professional, punctual and accurate in their assessments. Even when the job went over time, I was kept up to date as to their progress and estimated date of completion. While the work was going on they were conscientiousness of the mess and did their best to contain it as much as possible.
We couldn't have asked for a better crew to finish this job and if we need work done again, I will be contacting Pat.

Except for a few glitches it went well. Apple Remodeling subcontracted the job. The subcontractor while edgy at times completed the job. This was a job that included removing the old siding and replacing it and installing gutters and downspouts and fascia and soffits. Apple Remodeling agreed to provide a two year warranty on all work performed. I'll keep you posted on warranty performance (if needed).So far from what I can tell and see, I would recommend Apple remodeling Inc.
