American was truly artistic. They were meticulous and were definitely perfectionists who take pride in their work. They went to great lengths to make sure we were pleased and although they were a bit pricey, it was worth the extra money for the beautiful bathroom we have now.

They kept delivering damaged products. They were supposed to exchange the coffee table for the third time, and they never showed for the delivery, so I cancelled the order.

THE DELIVERED FURNITURE FROM VALUE CITY WAS WELL WITHIN THE TIME FRAME SPECEFIED. THE DELIVERY PERSON WAS COURTEOUS, CAREFUL AND CONSIDERATE. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS PLEASING.
