The crew of three arrived on time and, after speaking with me about the work to be done and answering my questions, began their work.  The arborist, who was also the foreman, was knowledgeable and helpful.  The trees look great!

I used this company in 2008, they were the lowest bid and did great work.  This time I got a quote on 10/13/11 and spoke to the owner and said I would send in the contract. He said it would be 2-3 weeks before the job was completed.   I got home from work on 11/15/11, 2 days later and the tree was cut down, the contract was still on my desk unsigned.  A voice message was left on my phone say they would be at my house in an hour, but I did not listen to it until the tree was already cut down.

The problem was that I had just installed low voltage lighting near the tree sight and planned on removing it before the start of the job to prevent damage.  Because of the no notice job performed some of my new lights were damaged.  I called the owner and he said he would take $50.00 off the price.  that wasa few dollars less than the cost of the 2 broken lights.  Here's a case were quick service was too quick.  I wish I had notice and was spoken to in person and not just had a message left on voice mail.

With all that said, I guess "stuff happens".  I would use this company again as they did complete the job to my satifaction in the end.

After leaving a phone message requesting a bid, the owner responded within hours (on a Saturday!), and appeared at our home within a few hours.  He was knowledgeable, informative and respectful.

On the day scheduled, the crew of 5 arrived promptly , were courteous, worked diligently, were incredibly careful of surrounding trees, our driveway and the holly, cleaned up absolutely everything including placing the sections to be split in the location we had requested, and accomplished all in one day.   These are true professionals.

Their price was fair, consistent with another bid by a company who had previously worked in our neighborhood.

We could not have been more pleased and would highly recommend this company and their people.

These guys are great!! We had a tree fall on our house and they did a great job removing it. They even removed the bird houses that were in the tree and set them aside. What attention to detail! They were very punctual and hauled away all the tree and ground the stump. I highly recommend.

I have used this company twice in the past three years, first in 2007 because they were the lowest bid, and this time because I knew they do good work. They removed three 60-foot oaks from my yard, including two which were located close to the house yet inaccessible to their equipment because of the slope of the yard and all of the surrounding bushes and trees. They also ground several stumps. They showed up on time and did a terrific job. I was especially pleased with their expertise in getting the big branches down without ever coming close to the house or damaging any of the other trees or azalea bushes, and with the way they took the trouble to cut up the wood and transport it by handcart to their truck via my long, bumpy patio path in order to avoid damaging my lawn. I have had work done by at least three other tree companies, and these guys are definitely the best and most reliable.

They gave me an estimate in Dec. 2007 to which I replied with a signed agreement immediately. In February they finally removed the tree but still (mid-May) have not removed the stump. Charles Odendhal will not return my calls, nor respond to my telephone messages or my letter. Therefore I have not paid the $300 and have contacted another company on your list to remove the stump. They have not sent me a bill thus far.

The owner came onsite to provide an estimate. We agreed to move forward on the project and he called with a few days to schedule the work. He and his crew arrived to do the work and they did an excellent job! My roof is now clear of limbs. They also cleaned the area when they were done. It's actually cleaner than when they started!

Very skilled and fast worker. Looks like he lives in the trees. Took the tree down and ground it up quickly, then ground the stump way beneath the yard.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD IN THEIR JOB. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH THEM. THEY ARE EFFICIENT, NEAT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.
