Wayne showed up when he said he would, he provided a fair quote, communicated clearly what it would take to complete the job, and then he did a nice job. Thank you!

He is overpriced. Do not expect any deal if he comes to your home in Laurel MD. A small laundry room with 1/3 covered in ceramic tile on wall, no floor trim, one small window (and asked him to paint back side of laundry room door and trim). We supplied ALL paint. We had also previously agreed that he paint outside of door and trim that leads from kitchen to garage. My husband did ALL of the prep work to include spackling, removing cover outlets and light globe in laundry room. My husband caulked and filled holes on trim on door from kitchen to garage and thoroughly cleaned. We originally settled on $500 when contractor estimated work. When he got to house he said we did not say he had to paint back side of laundry room door with trim and asked for another $100. In my estimation, a rip off. We paid a total of $600 for this small job.

Project: Install interior bi fold doors. Wayne did an outstanding job on the installation of our closet doors. He arrived on time and worked very diligently on providing us with the best installation possible. We live in an older home and he provided some creativity in making ;sure they were beautifully installed. He was reasonably priced and we look forward to using him again on future projects. .

Arrived when he said he would and worked with me to meet the architectural requirements of the HOA. Estimate was close to the insurance company's estimate, and he stuck to his estimate. Project took longer than expected. Mr Pan was very professional and easy to work with.

Hired this person for paintwork, then immediate sub-contracts it to a day laborer who did a fair to poor job. He did not do the painting and did other non-paint work which was charged excessively. The bad job says it is acceptable but it was not and refused to cover many paint streak left behind.

"This review is unreasonable. The contract is clear and what they asked is not in the contract and they do not want to pay for it. They wanted to do the work themselves and asked me how to do it. I showed them nicely, and even left my tools for them. I tried to help them. I tried to call them a few times and left them messages, but they didn't respond."

Very hard working crew and very pleasant to work with. They took their time to ensure the work was done properly (didn't rush the job) to meet our quality standards. The job was to convert 2 small bathrooms into 1 more luxurious bathroom with new tile floors, drywall, paint, lights, soaker tub, vanity, TV. The job also involved cutting into brick to install a larger window in the bathroom, walling off a door, and fixing a leaking pipe underneath the floor that had damaged the ceiling downstairs. I would hire them again.

Mr. Pan comes on time at 9am on a rainy day, he completed all the jobs we asked him to do, and one of the job turns to be much bigger than he estimated, but he still finish it without over charging us. The total cost is very reasonable, strongly recommend! Will hire him again in the future!

Y&w's owner fixed concrete cracks unclogged my kitchen drain ,installed window screen, and repaired window frame which is about 20 feet high . He performed an outstanding job. The cost is very reasonable . He is very pleasant to work with, I will hire him again.

I was hoping that the contractor that I hired from HomeAdvisor would do a good job. I was very pleased that Y & W Home Upgrater did what I considered to be an excellent job. I observed some of the work being done and was very impressed with the level of expertise that the contractor was exercising. I had to have damaged fascia boards repaired and I am very satisfied with the results. I would not hestitate to refer anyone needing a handyman service to Y & W Home Upgrater. I would like to thank them again for a job well done.
