TRI-STATE SEPTIC SERVICE

Initially, Tri-State arrived as planned and were very efficient in diagnosing the problem with the old drain field. They dug a new drain field and installed all necessary equipment / fill. Through the process, they destroyed the back yard, piling dirt / clay unnecessarily all over the yard, ruining more grass than needed. They failed to level the yard as expected and had to be called numerous times to come back and level the clay. They told me to wait a month before putting topsoil down to allow the clay to settle. I did as directed and ordered 34 yards of topsoil. I then began calling them back to level the topsoil. It has now been 2 months since I had the topsoil delivered and they still have not come back to level the back yard and the topsoil. Now they will not return my phone calls.
