The receptionist was pleasant when I called to schedule the repair. She gave me a quote on the phone of $130-$150.
And stated that the Service call just to come out is $95.00
One of the extension springs had broken on the single car garage door.
The two men arrived promptly during the 2 hour designated time frame. And quickly got to work replacing the 2 extension springs, one on each side of the garage door.
The men were professional and pleasant.
No upsell and no extra adjustment or service done to the door.
In and out fast.
