I stopped in at Fosters to check on price and availability of appointments for servicing my Ford Explorer. I had just came from the Ford Dealership and received a quote from them as well. Foster's were not only able to get me in the next day, they did the complete transmission flush and transmission filter for about 30% less than the dealer offered. I was extremely pleased with the service, the customer friendly attitude and the overrall feeling of honesty in dealing with auto shops. I felt they were being up front, honest and fair

They have been a bit expensive on prior occasions but service was usually quite good. Think maybe they are charging a bit more than market now.

As soon as I called Foster's they were eager to get me in and get my service completed. They are always courteous and knowledgeable. I've taken other problems to them before, that I've been baffled by, and they seem to figure the problem out quickly and accurately.
I was very pleasantly surprised by the price to replace a broken brake line, bleed brakes and remove all four tire pressure sensors and re-balance all the tires for only $100?
I also have other friends who take their vehicles to Foster's and have service completed. They always have good things to say about Foster's. In my opinion it is hard to find a good, HONEST, local mechanic who doesn't require a small fortune for completing service on your vehicle.
The only negative, is you may have to wait a few days to get an appointment, because they are super busy with such high demand for their services. Although, I did recently ask them if they take walk-in appointments and they do have a 'few' walk-in time slots daily, depending on what type of service you require.

I needed to get my brake light certified as changed on my classic 1994 BMW Convertible after getting a ticket for it being out. I called and Fosters said I could come right in. After a few minutes of arriving, I had a certified print-out in my hand that my light was fixed. Excellent service. My first auto shop I call for fixing things on my car.
