Charlie has done many jobs for me over the years and I know of alot of people he has done work for and I dont know of anyone who wasnt completely 110% satisfied. Charlie is the only one I will call to get the job done right.

 + -1 moreVery professional, punctual, clean, and worked within a tight deadline. The work was done fast, high quality, and the best part was done by a local. I would use Buster again in a heartbeat. I have used contractors in the past but for a job with this magnitude I was blown away with the quality and quickness it was completed. Go with this guy you won't regret it.
Description of Work: Rebuilt our game room to include installing a new ceiling, taking down two walls, electrical, and much more.

 + -1 moreVery professional. Arrived on schedule, did demolition and rebuilding efficiently. Rebuilding included dry wall rework, sanding, trim installation and ceiling replacement. Coordinated electrical changes and flooring installation. Work was done in a continuous manner (no breaks for other jobs), thus best case for us getting things back together. I thought money was good value but it always could have been less.
Description of Work: Repaired water damage to lower level of home due to flooding from Hurricane Irene.

 + -1 moreWe have known Charles Dean for many years. As far as we are concerned he is the "go to" construction person for anything that needs done to your home-indoors or out. He can build a home from scratch, build an upgrade or addition or tackle smaller jobs a needed. Charles Dean is honest, efficient and effective-and as reasonably priced as anyone we know of. You can't ask for much moire than that! Busy as he is, he'll make every effort to get your job done in a timely manner.
Description of Work: Built an addition to our house, plus a number of updates and repairs.
