He was very detailed, cordial., responsive to my phone messages, flexible with my time, and his report was done quickly. I would use the service again and I would refer him to anybody.

It was good. It was very thorough. He came out and inspected it twice. He did everything very thorough. He gave us a binder that was full of helpful information. I have a very good experience. It has full detail of the inspection on the ground, plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, exterior, interior, bathroom, garage, kitchen, and roofing. It also has general notes on tips for keeping your home and stuff like that.

I am a first time home buyer and I was in looking for a good home inspector in the Cecil County, Maryland area. I did some research and called 4 different ones. Out of all the ones I called George from A Comprehensive Home Inspection Service seemed to fit what I was looking for best. I had some preliminary questions for him to see if he  was the best home inspector for me. I was not disappointed. He told me what the inspection covered, which was pretty much everything, plumbing, electrical, structural, roof, flooring, ect...   He is a member of "ASHI"  American Society of Home Inspectors, and he keeps up with continuing education.  He said he had over 30 years of home inspection experience. He also told me how long the inspection would take. He said that an inspection would be a minimum of 4 hours if he didn't find anything really bad, and  I was encouraged to attend. He told me that I would have an official report for the home inspection within 24 hours. He also gave me a 3 ring binder with detailed explanation of his findings and what he recommends. I was lucky and only had minor things that needed to be addressed.
 George was on time and provided everything he promised. The inspection took a little over 4 hours. George was very through and he went over everything he was doing. I got a report for myself after he was done and had an official  report emailed the next day.  I would recommend George to anyone looking for a home inspection.
