They did an excellent job, they knock it out of the park.

The painters were very professional. They repaired holes and cracks. They covered the floors and furniture. Everything was cleaned up when they finished.

Appointment for cost estimate with Tim was simple. He was on time and providee the cost and schedule estimate. Work was performed in a timely manner and we closed out the job without any hassles. I'll definitely come back to these guys for future work.

We decided to hire Premium Painters because of a positive experience with their sales team. We got a quick and reasonable estimate and they said they could start work the following week. Great, or so we thought. The night before they were suppose to start they sent me an email saying the crew leader was sick so they would have to come the following week. Not a big deal, life happens. They were suppose to come the following week on Wednesday. On Tuesday night they reached out to confirm our colors. On Wednesday morning, they never showed up. When we called we were told a few different excuses (they couldn't find the building, etc), but then they said they weren't coming until noon. My boyfriend had to get to work, so a woman from the office stopped by to get the key and said she would let them in at noon. A little after noon, we get a text, they aren't coming today, but will be there the next morning. At this point we almost cancel the job. We talked to the owner and he was rude and dismissive of our concerns. We decided to give them one more shot since we just wanted the job done. They did (finally) show up Thursday morning, but with only two painters. We were told it was an easy job (four rooms in a condo) and it should only take a day, but it took a day and a half. They had to come back in Friday and finish the job. We were going out of town Friday and were delayed (we didn't leave until they were finished). During this whole week of delays our condo was a mess, everything was off the walls, etc. I understand delays happen but the lack of communication and the excuses were unacceptable. Overall, the painters were good and we were happy with the work (which is why they get three stars overall), but I will never use them again.

They did a very large job in one day with excellent results.

The painters were scheduled to arrive and work from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm to complete the work in four to five days. The world arrive closer to 10:00 am and leave at 3:30 pm after taking an hour plus lunch in between. As a result not eve the first floor of the project has been completed after five days. They have half painted rooms which has completely disrupted our schedule for listing and selling our house

The crew did a great job. They were on time and easy to work with. I would definitely use this company again.

Excellent work done on short notice. I had to have a list of things done within a few days in order to make a closing date (damn last minute HOA to do list). Premium Painters got the whole list done in 3 days... and it would have been 2 if not for rain. Will definitely hire them in the future.

The company was always on time and reliable. The customer service is outstanding. The work was professionally done and company corrected any issues on the spot and went beyond scope of work. Highly recommend Premium Painters and Manuel Paz was a pleasure to work with.

Manuel was very professional. He accommodated our schedule including visits and meetings in the evenings. The painting was completed on time and the crew even worked in the cold when our heater stopped working. Since the cold affected how long it took the paint to dry, the crew worked an extra half day, which we gladly paid them for. They even fixed plaster where it was damaged and needed to be painted. However, the crew did not sufficiently protect our surfaces or clean up after the job was completed. We are constantly finding specs of paint on our wood floors, carpet, trim (not painted) and there were smears on mirrors and appliances. They even scratched our porcelain sink and chipped off a piece of our ceiling. They painted over outlet covers and did not paint the accessible wall behind a sink. When I told Manuel about this, he had us mark the locations where there were issues and he would send a crew back to clean up. We marked them with blue tape. When we returned, some but not all of the marked areas were cleaned. Manuel offered to send a crew again to clean up and have me direct them where to clean but I was tired of dealing with it. I should not have to tell professionals to clean up after themselves.

I wish I could rate them zero stars. Do NOT work with this painting company. They will try to take you for every penny!!!!!! The company owner, Manuel, is more expensive than most general contractors and he is a total scam artist And completely unreliable. He provides a contract, then halfway through the job gives a change order that will no doubt nearly double your original contract price. He doesn't provide any supervision of the guys who actually show up to paint, they used our personal items around the house (and broke them!), his guys were consistently late showing up, they didn't know how to do simple mud work/sanding, they skipped all of the trim work, they painted over door handles instead of removing them first, the list goes on. Our experience was absolutely terrible!!!

They provide a warranty for the job done (7 years), they are very clean and overall impeccable. I recommend them 100%. They were on time and finished the work within the timeline provided. They go above and beyond. It was really worth it working with them!
