Nina Davis is a seasoned Realtor.  Five potential Realtors were interviewed to help us sell my mother's house.  Nina was selected as our Seller's Agent after she convinced us of her energy and tenacity as a top producing Realtor with Long & Foster.  And Nina didn't disappoint us.  My mother's house was being sold "as is."  Nonetheless, Nina worked tirelessly in our behalf to stage the house for sale.  Once the house was emptied, Nina spent countless hours and days at the house identifying and supervising repairs and renovations needed to prepare the house for potential buyers.  Once the house was ready for sale, Nina took care of all aspects of marketing and advertising the house for sale.  Nina conducted just one Open House.  By the next day at noon, she received five bids for the house, two of which were promising.  The Open House took place on April 1 and we went to Settlement on April 30!  Nina "held our hands" all the way through the house selling process, including Settlement.  When things got a little stressful, Nina would comfort us by saying that "everything will be all right."  And it was!!!  Nina is a hard working, tenacious, and outstanding Realtor!  I recommend Nina Davis highly as a Realtor Agent!
