Cotton's septic pumped my septic tanks today. They arrived at the house on time. They were friendly, knowledgable and professional. Given diagrams the previous home owners left from the septic tank installation, Cotton's read the diagrams, quickly located the tanks and drain fields. They dug up the access covers to the tanks and pumped the tanks. They also answsered all of my questions about the septic system - and I had a lot of questions! They were professional the entire time and were not condescending when answering questions. I cannot say enough about how positve my experience was with them and I will not hesitate to call them again in the future.
