When the service man came to the house and determined that the refrigerator wasn't worth fixing they charged me $125. I called the office, no one answered so I left a message, asking why they charged me $125 when I was told it would be $75 to check out the refrigerator. No one has responded to me telling me why I was charged more than I was told it would cost to check out the refrigerator. They should at least have the courtesy to call me back and let me know why I was charged more than I was told. Bad business. Would never use them again.

Lester came promptly. He checked the machine and said that the lid switch had not properly engaged and that no repair was needed! I was so grateful and impressed with his honesty. He also gave me tips on how to keep other appliances running well.

Service provider was courteous, prompt and affordable. Will definitely use again when needed. Also, they gave me a "window" when service would be provided and actually showed up on time!!

I was overall very happy. He went up and above the service that I expected. I felt that the price was a little high and he offered to refund a portion the price.
