VERY well! I called Dan's number, left a message, and heard back in 20 minutes. He was at the house personally in 60 minutes, cut a small hole in the kitchen ceiling drywall (which I opted to repair myself) to gain visibility, replaced the errant drain piping, gaskets and hardware, and was done in another 60 minutes. Dan was clear in showing me the exact problem and told me exactly what we needed done to repair the problem. We're so pleased that we will be asking him to help with upgrading some bathroom components.

Dan is awesome. I scheduled an appointment via the web and he called me in under 15 minutes...on a Sunday. I received a call about 30-minutes prior to his arrival letting me know that he would be arriving in the next half-hour; he then arrived very promptly. The broken drain pipes were replaced and he even completed a faucet installation that was in process at the same location. His price was completely reasonable. He was accomplished, prompt, efficient and pleasant to work with. I will absolutely call him the next time I need any plumbing assistance.
